The Association was established in 2003 as a civil society organisation dedicated to the development of science, culture and education, the promotion of spiritual values, and the support of initiatives of public importance.
The Association was founded by eight people united by a shared commitment to the development of Bulgarian culture, scientific knowledge and civil society.
